One Tower of London ticket, three prices

All three listings name Historic Royal Palaces, which runs the Tower, as the operator. Viator's says "Supplied by Historic Royal Palaces", GetYourGuide's "Activity provider", and Tiqets' "Provider". Viator's page notes that the Beefeater tours are included in admission and that there is no re-entry. Tiqets printed no basis word beside its figure, and its terms say prices are per ticket and per person.
