The National Park Service, read on October 13, 2026, lists Pearl Harbor National Memorial as open seven days a week, 7 am to 5 pm, and closed on Thanksgiving Day, December 25 and January 1. The USS Arizona Memorial program is free, the first-come ticket system has been discontinued, and the park strongly recommends reserving in advance and arriving one hour before your program time.
